all in all, it was best base for traveling to chiang mai. it's 10 mins walk to the center. visited their restaurant gin coffee cuisine couple of times. this hotel is great value.

It's suitable place for sightseeing and exploring Chiang Mai. Even though the bed in our room was not that comfortable, we loved the hotel. Besides, we parked the car nearby.
